Overview
Ted Paraskevas is a highly experienced corporate and securities lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. He represents both public and private companies in a broad range of transactions, including business combinations, business entity formation, SEC filing and reporting obligations, private company buyouts and joint ventures.
To support his clients, Ted draws upon his experience as the former vice president and associate general counsel at a publicly traded advertising, marketing and communications holding company, where he led an assortment of domestic and international acquisitions and dispositions for 10 years.Education
